4. When the heat exchanger does the air tightness experiment, the oxygen pressure is supplemented or the combustible essence gas is used to test the leakage, causing the physical and chemical explosion.
5. The heat exchanger is operated illegally and incorrectly, and the valve is closed, causing overpressure explosion.
6, for a long time without sewage, flammable and explosive substances (such as nitrogen trichloride) accumulation too much, and the operating temperature is too high to lead to heat exchanger (such as liquid chlorine heat exchanger) produce violent explosion.
